1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to pksk4, an online gambling platform operating under international licensing. These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") form a legally binding contract between you ("Member" or "User") and pksk4 ("Platform", "we", "us"). This Agreement takes effect as soon as you register an account, access the website, or use any of the services provided.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, please stop using our platform immediately. Continued use following any amendment to the terms is considered acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Account Registration and Eligibility

To register an account at pksk4, you must meet the following requirements:

• Be at least 21 years old on the date of registration.
• Register only one personal account — multiple accounts per individual are prohibited.
• Provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration, including your full name as per your identity card (MyKad), an active mobile phone number, and a valid email address.
• Not be an employee of pksk4 or an immediate family member of a pksk4 employee.
• Not be acting on behalf of any third party when opening or using the account.

pksk4 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including a copy of your MyKad, bank statement, or other relevant documents. Failure to provide the requested documents within the set timeframe may result in a temporary restriction or closure of the account.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals and Transactions

pksk4 supports a range of local payment methods for the convenience of Malaysian members. All transactions are carried out in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and require a bank account or e-wallet in the member's own name.

General transaction requirements:

• The minimum deposit per transaction is RM20, regardless of the payment method used.
• The minimum withdrawal per request is RM50.
• Withdrawal processing time is usually between 5 and 30 minutes.
• Supported payment methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH).
• The account used for deposits and withdrawals must be in the same name as the name registered at pksk4.
• Any transaction fees charged by third-party payment providers are the member's responsibility.

pksk4 reserves the right to hold withdrawal requests subject to security checks. In cases requiring further investigation, pksk4 will notify the member via email or live chat.

4. Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

pksk4 offers a 150% welcome bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of RM1,000. For example, if you deposit RM100, you receive a bonus of RM150 and your total balance is RM250. The wagering requirement is 25 times the bonus amount, meaning RM150 × 25 = RM3,750 must be wagered before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

For a deposit of RM1,400, the maximum bonus is RM1,000 and the balance becomes RM2,400, with a wagering requirement of RM1,000 × 25 = RM25,000.

• Only one welcome bonus is permitted per new account.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts.
• pksk4 reserves the right to cancel bonuses if there are signs of abuse or fraud.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the timeframe specified in the relevant promotion terms.

5. VIP Programme and Loyalty Rewards

pksk4 operates a VIP programme with four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Each tier offers a different weekly cashback benefit — Bronze up to 0.2%, Silver up to 0.4%, Gold up to 0.6%, and Platinum up to 0.8%. Progression to higher tiers depends on the member's ongoing activity and loyalty.

VIP members also get access to priority support services, exclusive offers, and personal account management. Detailed requirements for each VIP tier are stated on the VIP programme page and are subject to change from time to time.

6. Member Conduct and Prohibited Activities

All pksk4 members are required to interact with the platform in an honest and responsible manner. The following activities are prohibited and may result in account closure without refund:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any method that manipulates the game system.
• Cooperation between members to exploit the bonus or promotion system (known as "bonus abuse").
• Using a shared account or sharing login information with any other party.
• Money laundering or using the platform for financial purposes that are against the law.
• Any attempt to hack, damage, or disrupt the operation of the platform.
• Opening multiple accounts to benefit from the same promotion.

7. Account Security and Privacy

Members are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their password and account login information. pksk4 recommends using a strong, unique password that is not used on other platforms.

All activity that occurs through your account is considered to have been authorised by you unless you report unauthorised access to our support team immediately. pksk4 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by the member's own negligence.

• pksk4 is not responsible for technical disruptions or service outages that are beyond our control.
• pksk4 does not guarantee that use of the platform will comply with local laws in the user's location.
• pksk4's liability to any member shall not exceed the account balance of that member at the time the claim is made.

10. Amendments to Terms and Account Termination

pksk4 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Significant amendments will be communicated to members via email or an in-platform notice at least seven (7) days before taking effect, except in cases that require immediate action for security or legal reasons.

Members may close their account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or email. An account can only be closed once all active bonus conditions have been completed and there are no outstanding investigations related to that account.

pksk4 reserves the right to suspend or close the account of any member who breaches these Terms and Conditions, without prior notice in cases involving fraud or security threats.

11. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws applicable to the international licensing under which pksk4 operates. Any dispute that cannot be resolved directly between a member and pksk4 will be referred to an independent and impartial alternative dispute resolution (ADR) process.
